Chris is a Sessional Instructor for Universities across Canada. She teaches Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, job design) at Kwantlen Polytech University, Melville School of Business. Chris is a Sessional Faculty member at University Canada West teaching in their Master of Business Administration (MBA) program teaching Talent Management.

Accreditation Canada has recognized her with a Leading Practice award in process improvement. Her ability to recognize authentic leadership and develop collaborative teams is evident when working with Chris. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
